Jennifer Koltiska is of Counsel with the Firm. Jen earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Notre Dame in 2007, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia in 2011. Upon graduating, Jen completed a joint fellowship with the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, where she worked in the education law unit to remove barriers that kept children from enrolling and thriving in school, and Disability Rights Ohio, where her legal research skills were put to use advocating for the civil and legal rights of persons with disabilities.
Thereafter, Jen became an associate at a small elder law and estate planning firm where she focused her practice on Medicaid planning, special needs planning, writing wills, complex trusts, and powers of attorney, and helping clients navigate the probate process. To better serve her estate planning clients and gain an in-depth understanding of the tax law, she earned her Masters in Accountancy from Cleveland State University in 2018. Jen’s current practice includes e-discovery, document review and analysis, deposition preparation and general litigation and corporate matters.
